The Boat Building Subgroup invites all Guild members, family and friends to join us on Wednesday September 14th at 11am for a leisurely tour of the New Hampshire Boat Museum in Wolfeboro.

There is a fee of $3.50 (payable at the museum) each for our museum tour. The museum has picnic tables on the grounds and there is another picnic area at Albee Beach on Lake Wentworth just a short walk from the museum.

And for those folks with an interest in steam power, the annual meeting (September 10 thru 18) of steamboaters at Lee's Mills is just 30 minutes from the NH Boat Museum. I plan on visiting with the steamboaters both before and after the museum tour.
