New Hampshire Charitable Trust

 

The Division of Charitable Trusts is a unit of the New Hampshire Department of Justice. The Attorney General, through the Director of Charitable Trusts, exercises all the common law and statutory rights, duties and powers of the attorney general in connection with the supervision, administration, and enforcement of charitable trusts, charitable solicitations, and charitable sales promotions under New Hampshire RSA 7:19 through 7:32-I. All charitable non-profit organizations, with the exception of churches, are required to register with and report to the Attorney General under NH RSA chapter 7:28 I and II.
