Miniature Goblets

Dustin will be working in a very small scale, making goblets and other forms that are less than 1inch long. He will be offering solutions issues related of chucking, tools, and shaping. Cameras will be used to project his amazing workmanship on to a large screen, so that you can clearly see what he is doing.

Dustin has been a full time turner since 1990, and is a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen. His sculpted wood creations are strikingly unusual, and his range of work encompasses huge (3-5 foot diameter) burl bowls down to the minute goblets that he will be demonstrating for this symposium. His specialty is working with native burls and unusual species.
