Spindle Turning Basics
Learn the tools and techniques necessary for spindle turning between centers. What chisels do you need? How do you sharpen them? How do you build skill and confidence? All the basic processes will be demonstrated and clearly explained.
Jon has forty-five years experience in woodturning. His work ranges from pool cues to porch posts. A frequent presenter for turning groups, Jon is the current President of the Granite State Woodturners, a founding member and past president of the Guild of NH Woodworkers, and a member of the New Hampshire Furniture Masters Association.
