The Guild organizes all day symposiums from time-to-time on major facets of woodworking. Past topics have included finishing, joinery, windsor chairmaking and turning. The woodturning symposium is held once every three years in cooperation with the local chapter of the AAW – The Granite State Woodturners (GSWT). The GSWT is also a subgroup of the Guild. Other symposia are held on the off years.
The Guild is fortunate to be able to attract presenters who are expert in their field. There is a fee to attend the tri-annual woodturning symposium while the off year symposia are traditionally offered at no cost.
John Keeling is the lead for the upcoming Design Symposium – Spring 2010.
